It is indeed disgusting to discover how much teenagers these days hate chinese. Able to converse in chinese or to be good at it seems to be a disgrace. I overheard a conversation between this 2 girls on the way to school. They were comparing how bad their chinese language is. One of the girl then told her friend an example of a ironic situation. And please, the example was a terrible one cos i couldn't understand what she was saying. I feel kinda sad for her that both her language sucks. Anyway school sucks with the amount of projects we have in hand. I came up with this 'tired theory'. Was out with ManPin quite a couple of days last week to watch SEA games and it was fun. (: Though i was really busy, i managed to go to the great singapore sales! Saturday with Jamie Bongg and Sunday with ManPin. Bought very little stuffs but it was fun. Back to school and all. Minimum updates again. Bye blog!

School's officially started. Everyone skips lectures during week 1 and there's not tutorials so strictly speaking, school starts the second week. Everything's changed and somehow sometimes, i dread school alot more than the past. I'm the only one, all by myself in the new class. Making new friends and finding a new project group was a concern. It's not that i'm anti-social just that having to go through the process of making new friends again somehow makes me feel frustrated. Somehow it's not really an easy thing to be friends, especially close ones. Everything's gotta be right: the place, the time, the chemistry. It's never easy to clique with any other person on the earth. And when conversation runs dry, things get uncomfortable and you start worrying if you can actually hang out with the person. Thank god, though i was the only one from my class, i sort of know esther. Jamie would very much like me to thank her cos if not for her, i would probably not know esther. Jamie would love to see the following: Thank you Jamie! Rights, and now im always with esther. We have stuffs to talk about and all so all's good. Doing projects with her jason and rio. Classes have never been weirder than now. In year 1, though we start to have cliques, at least we mingle around - in hope of finding someone that you clique better with cos you're gonna have to hang with your clique for the rest of your poly years(that is if you don't change classes). But now, everything is odd. Everyone makes noises and jokes within their group, we basically don't talk to anyone else except our project group members. So classes are generally quiet. BUT Esther and me kept talking non stop today and Ms Chor even asked us if there's anything we would like to share with the class! Tsk. But as much as i hate school, im actually glad im grouping with esther rio and jason or else i think i'll really die a lonely and horrible death. I finally met up with Chengyan last Friday to play mj at her house with Van and Van's friend. Its been forever since i done that. I won 3 of them so i treated them to supper. We had supper at like 3am and we went to sleep after supper though we were supposed to play overnight mahjong. (: And its like my first win in mahjong for the year! So i was happy with the fun and the erm profits? Yup. Alrights, im gonna have dinner and then go hear the elections rally! Bye, if anyone is reading (:

School is gona reopen in a couple of days. As usual, im not looking forward to it. Anyway, this whole holidays has been a whole lot of fun. Met so many new friends while working at the NP Lenovo roadshow for 6 days (22nd march to 29th march excluding sat and sun). The routine at work basically goes like this: 9am-11am : convince ourselves that the crowd will only come after lunch cos no one comes to IT fairs early in the morning. 11am-12pm: there will be some customers so try to catch one or two and hope they will buy the laptop or come back to you after they have made a decision. 12pm-3pm: slacking time with a lunch break of about 30mins in between. (our lunch range from super boring mcdonalds to very yummy chicken rice) 3pm-6pm: starts to rain really heavily (happened for about 3 to 4 days) and there will be really few customers so as usual, its slacking time. 6pm-7pm: slacking around and eagerly waiting for dinner to arrive (cos lynette buys super nice stuffs for us!) 7pm-8pm: some customers come back to look for you and 8pm means de-brief!! And the last day after work, we all went mad and went marina for bowling/pool/arcade. Our bowling skills were EXCEPTIONALLY bad except for maybe Andrew's. haha. But i broke my high score so yup (: And we had a chalet like almost immediately on the following sat. i was the only one trying to sleep at a chalet. \: We actually have a video done by Daryl on youtube so those of you who wana have a look its at this link "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GvNlFkZ26w&search=lenovo". yup! its got some gay stuffs inside. lol. so enjoy. Alright, enough of the good times that had past, i bought a world cup limited edition brasil jacket yest and im really happy i bought it (: i took a freaking hour or more to decide, with the help of pf and bryan. i was deciding between the england one (which is not very nice) and the brasil one which looks better by itself and also better on me. i couldnt decide beacuse im an england supporter so yea... kekeke. anw after i bought it i consulted like a couple of people and they all felt i should have bought the one that looks nicer on me. so YAY. I also caught eight under yesterday. i like the show. its sad but sweet too. ok im like really lazy to elaborate. watch it and i think you'll understand what i mean. bye all!! (:

The year has ended. It's so hard to believe that a new year has arrived. I remember the end of year 2004 was a sad one. The tsunami claimed thousands of lives. May god bless all who have lost their loved ones during that awful disaster. I barely remember any significant events that had happened in the year 2005. Simply put, nothing much was worth remembering. But i really have to say i love my 18th birthday celebration at Yixi's house with all the home made food. It was also nice celebrating Jacq's, Gy's and Yixi's birthday. :D Just wanted to say it's kinda scary growing older each year. You suddenly feel that you are very much responsible for your own actions, your everything. It's no longer the 'i can still rely on my parents for everything'- feeling. Though of course financially i'm still dependent on them, it's like you start to realize you own youself and nobody else's influence should affect any decisions you make - unless you choose to consult your best friend/ close friend for advices. It's a kind of indescribeable fear that comes along with excitement knowing that your future is now, in your own hands. It is, in a sense, for me/you to create. I wonder if i would be able to take the responsibilities the future has in store for me; i wonder whether my future would be bleak; i wonder if i would be able to take all misfortunes that befall me - if there were any; i wonder whether i would be rich in the future; i wonder if i would marry someone who loves me as much as i love him; i wonder if i would be able to travel the world with the one i love; i wonder if i would die before my parents, my friends. I would also like to thank all my friends who have been there for me whenever i'm depressed, pissed, happy. Janice and Jamie who constantly listen to my complaints of 'school sucks, i hate school'. Thank you Jacq, Yixi for always being there, Vienna whom i haven met for damn long but always there too, Chengyan whom i havent met and hung out with for a super duper long time! Remember the cny mahjong deal we made!! And a couple of others who doesnt read my blog like Germaine, Paey Fern and also others for giving me words of encouragement and also to the nptt team who has been pretty supportive. Hopefully, we'll do well for this year ivp. Thank you, all! New year resolutions never seem to work for me. May i just hope all will be well in this brand new 2006. Happy new year to all. May you have a very blessed 2006 ahead. Those who are interested in buying really unique earrings, do visit www.tzarist.com.
